The Endeavour Engineering & IT Exhibition is an annual event showcasing the final year projects from the Melbourne School of Engineering. It is one of the largest engineering expos in Melbourne and we need volunteers to help out. Casual Volunteer
Casual volunteers are the backbone of the Endeavour Exhibition, assisting with the setup, pack up and general running of the expo. Your help is essential to the successful running of the expo.
What will I be doing?
- Promoting the expo on campus
- Assist with setup and pack up of the expo
- Ushering expo attendants
- Helping with registration
Volunteer Leaders
Volunteer Leaders will be responsible for managing many volunteers throughout the day of the expo ensuring that tasks are completed on time and as planned. Volunteer leaders will also be assisting the Endeavour Management Team when needed and dealing with University staff when necessary.
What will I be doing?
- Overseeing volunteers throughout the duration of tasks
- Assisting the Endeavour Management Team
- Dealing with university staff
- Casual Volunteer duties
Adventure Guide
Adventure Guides will be assisting with the Endeavour Adventure which is part of the schools component of the expo. Volunteers will be in charge of one school (either primary or high school students) for the day, ensuring they get to workshops, lectures, and demonstrations on time.
What will I be doing?
- Ushering one school around the university
- Acting as an ambassador for University to the schools
